I have recently booked a stay in this property. It’s very well maintained and also organised one. Good rooms, food and also the surrounding environment which feels welcoming. They have a private falls nearby which is accessible for only property folks plus a small cricket area where you can spend your free time also. They also arrange a hero trip to jhari falls nearby.
Few points may be be on plus or minus side
1) property is around 20 odd km from Chikmagalur city on the way to baba budangiri road. You need pay Rs.20 forest entry ticket here to get into this road. From main road, a mud road of 1km lead to property. Not so easy way, you need proper ground clearance in your vehicle.
2) Property is just 2km from jhari falls and a jeep will be arranged by property, make sure you wear a mask, it’s completely dust road.
3) Property is very clean and have complete surround of forest kind of feeling. Some here and there glitches we have noticed are electricity maintenance. They have a hot water arrangement through gas geyser. Place is getting better every month, so expect things would be better in future in all aspects.
4) Food is decent. A little more spicy here and there, but you are a call away from cook and menu can be modified.
5) A little more activity/things can be arranged in this property in future like carrom, badminton, a small pool within property, Good road leading into property etc.
Overall a satisfied stay and will recommend others also to try it once.
